THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of May 6, 2016, (the “Effective Date”) by and among Supreme Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Supreme Corporation, a Texas corporation and the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary (the “Subsidiary”) (jointly, the “Companies”) and Matthew W.
