PERSONNEL SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT This Personnel Sponsorship Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made with effect as of (Date of SR Submission ). By and between, Dubai International Financial Centre Authority, a body corporate established in accordance with Federal Law No. 8 of 2004, Federal Decree No. 35 of 2004 and by virtue of Dubai Law No. 9 of 2004 and its amendments addressed at Level 14, The Gate Building, P.
