Box 156, Route 982, Mammoth, PA, 15664-0156 (“CITIZENS”) and Armstrong Telecommunications, Inc., and its affiliates, a Pennsylvania corporation, having its principal place of business at One Armstrong Place, Butler, PA, 16001 (“ARMSTRONG”). CITIZENS and ARMSTRONG may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
