If such legislation is enacted, within fifteen (15) days of such enactment, City will notify Service Provider of such renewal, at which time Service Provider shall be bound to provide Services during such renewal Term, without the need for the Parties to execute any further documents evidencing such renewal, it being acknowledged by Service Provider that its initial execution of this Agreement is deemed its agreement to continue to provide Services during any renewal Term.
