This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) specifies the data protection rights and obligations of the parties with regard to the processing of personal data within the framework of the main contract concluded between the parties (“main contract”) which this agreement refers to, by the legal entity of the SSI SCHAEFER Group concluding the main contract (hereinafter “Contractor”) for the customer (hereinafter “Customer”).
