This Restricted Stock Unit Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [DATE] (the “Grant Date”) by and between WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and [PARTICIPANT NAME] (the “Participant”).
