This Google License (the “License”) is entered into by and between Google Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043 (“Google”) and CUSTOMER (indicated on the Customer Service Agreement). This License will be effective, once the License is signed by Customer as of the General Availability Date (the “Effective Date”). This License governs Customer's access to and use of the Service (as defined below).
