FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO ANDYOUTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT SERVICES THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and Youth and Family Enrichment Services, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, on September 14, 2010, the parties hereto under Resolution 071031 entered into and Agreement, (the “Original Agreement”) for the furnishing of providing community workers, youth commissioners, and mental health services for a maximum obligation of $1,347,651 by Contractor to County as set forth in that Agreement; and WHEREAS, it is now necessary and the mutual desire and intent of the parties hereto to amend the Original Agreement for the first time to add Early Childhood Mental Health services increasing the maximum obligation by $108,518 for a maximum obligation of $1,456,169, with no change to the Agreement term.
