These SONIFI System Limited Warranty, Maintenance and Support terms and conditions (collectively, the “SONIFI Limited Warranty”) are incorporated into and made a part of the SONIFI SORA™ Agreement and the SONIFI STAYCAST® Agreement, as applicable, entered into by and between the Parties. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this SONIFI Limited Warranty shall be given the meaning ascribed to them in the SONIFI STAYCAST Agreement (if signed by both Parties), the body of the SONIFI SORA Agreement, the Service Terms, the SORA™ and STAYCAST® Non-Exclusive Software License Terms and the SOW, and if not defined therein, words shall be given the meaning set forth in applicable laws and regulations, and if not defined therein, words shall be given their common and ordinary meaning.
