This Addendum (“Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas on behalf of the Fort Bend County Health and Human Services Department, and Katy Pride LGBTQ, Inc. (“Katy Pride”), a company authorized to conduct business in the state of Texas. County and Katy Pride may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
