This Amendment No. 1 to the Perris Union High School District Agreement for Architectural Services Perris High School Math and Technology Building Addition Project (“Amendment No. 1”) is made effective as of September 19, 2012 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Perris Union High School District (“District”), a public school district organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of California, and WLC Architects, Inc. (“Architect”).
