This agreement (“MSA” or “Agreement”) is entered into by you (“Customer”) as evidenced by your use of the Services (defined below). “Customer” shall include Customer’s corporate subsidiaries, as well as corporate parents, affiliates, and other related companies (collectively, “Affiliates”) approved by Cruzio Internet to receive Services under this agreement. For purposes of this agreement the term “Cruzio Internet” shall mean Cruzio Internet DBA The Internet Store or, when applicable, the Cruzio Internet entity identified on Customer’s invoice.
