THIS ENABLING WORK AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of [ , 2017] (the “Effective Date”), by and between CLARK COUNTY STADIUM AUTHORITY, a corporate and politic body and political subdivision of Clark County, Nevada (the “Authority”), and LV Stadium Events Company, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“StadCo”). The Authority and StadCo collectively are referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
