This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into, as of the Effective Date (as defined below), by and between TikTok Mexico Tecnologia, S. de R.L. de C.V. and the party identified below (“Company” or “Individual”) (each, a “Party” and collectively, “Parties”) for the purpose of assessing a potential business opportunity and/or the establishment of a business relationship between the Parties or their Affiliates (“Purpose”). “Affiliate(s)” means an entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control of a Party.
