THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MoU”) is made between the Small Island Developing States Sustainable Energy and Climate Resilience Organization, (“SIDS DOCK”), located at C/O The Government of Belize, Ministry of Public Utilities and Logistics, NEMO Building, Melhado Parade, Belmopan, Belize, Central America, and the Henry L. Stimson Center Alliance For A Climate Resilient Earth (“ACRE”), located at 1211 Connecticut Ave NW, 8th Floor, Washington, DC 20036, United States of America, (herein after referred to as the “Parties”);
