This Amendment No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment No. 2”) is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, and Freese and Nichols, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “PE”), located at 10431 Morado Circle, Suite 300, Austin, Texas 78759 (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties”), to amend the Agreement for professional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, engineering, as amended.
