In lieu of an erosion and sediment control plan for the construction of this dwelling, I agree to comply with the requirements determined necessary by the Plan Approving Authority. Such requirements shall be based on the Minimum Standards contained in the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Regulations, (Title 10.1, Chapter 5, Article 4 of the Code of Virginia), and shall represent the minimum practices necessary to provide adequate control of erosion and sedimentation on or resulting from this project.
