This letter proposes that Engineering Ventures will provide certain professional engineering services, referred to as the WORK, to the Town of Middlebury for the Water Reservoir Concrete Slab rehabilitation project. This letter will become an Agreement when fully executed within 60 days by a duly authorized agent of the Town of Middlebury.
