THIS MLS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT (together with any modification or amendments hereto in the manner provided herein, this “Agreement”) is dated and effective as of the date this Agreement is accepted electronically by the Subscriber party hereto (“Subscriber”), and is between Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (“ARMLS”) and said Subscriber.
