This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of March 25, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), between CRC Communications of Maine, Inc. d/b/a OTT Communications (“OTT”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 56 Campus Drive, New Gloucester, ME 04260 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and OTT may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
