This College and Career Access Pathways Partnership Agreement (“CCAP Agreement”) is between San Jose City College and Evergreen Valley College (“COLLEGE”) both a college of the San Jose Evergreen Community College District (“SJECCD”), 40 South Market Street, San José, CA 95113, and Santa County Office of Education (“COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION”), 1290 Ridder Park Drive, San Jose, CA 95131-2304 collectively hereinafter referred to as “Parties”.
