The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has established an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contract, which allow all DHS components to procure Incident Driven Video Recording Systems (IDVRS). IDVRS encompasses officer/agent self and automatically activated recording devices, including body-worn cameras (BWCs), various accessories, docking stations, video management system (VMS) software, and cloud storage licenses.
