THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to Original Contract PN20500 (New Contract number PN205AA) (hereinafter “Agreement” or “Contract”) by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Commissioner of the New York State Office of General Services (hereinafter “OGS” or “State”) with its principal place of business at the Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York, 12242, acting pursuant to the authority granted under State Finance Law §163 and New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (“NYSTEC”or “Contractor”) with offices at 500 Avery Lane, Suite A, Griffiss Industrial Park, Rome, NY 13441, collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
