This Amendment to Contract No. 20-27-0043, hereinafter referred to as “Second Third Amendment” is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County” and Community SeniorServ, Inc., dba SeniorServ, a California non-profit organization, DUNS #084975739, with a place of business at 1200 N. Knollwood Circle, Anaheim, CA 92801 hereinafter referred to as “Subrecipient,” with County and Subrecipient sometimes referred to as “Party,” or collectively as “Parties.”
