This Agreement is made and entered into this 24th day of October 2018, by and between the City of Fontana, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 8353 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, California 92335 (“City”) and Ronald Brunn (“Handler”), hereinafter “Agreement.” City and Handler are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
