Customer is licensee of NOA standard license products which are listed in Appendix 1. By this Maintenance and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Contract" or "the Agreement"), NOA offers Customer services for the maintenance and availability of the productivity of the items listed in Appendix 1, as well as user support.
