This Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st day of April 2021, (the “Effective Date”) to resolve all issues in SOAH Docket No. 582-21-0833 (TCEQ Docket No. 2020-1246-MWD) between Silesia Properties, L.P., a Texas limited partnership (“Applicant”) and the following Protestants (“Protestants”): Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance (“GEAA”), Bulverde Neighborhoods for Clean Water (“BNCW”), Texas Cave Management Association (“TCMA”), Dennis and Joanne Dawson, Greg Elmendorf, Joyce Moore, and Honey Creek Springs Ranch LP. For purposes of this Agreement the Applicant and Protestants are herein collectively referred to asthe “Parties.”
