PRENEED CEMETERY MERCHANDISE AND SERVICES MASTER TRUST AGREEMENT This irrevocable Preneed Cemetery Merchandise and Services Master Trust Agreement (the “Trust Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 20 , by and between the “Cemetery Authority” and “Trustee” executing the signature pages.
