THIS POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a Solar Photovoltaic System (“Solar PY System”) is entered into by and between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections (“Commonwealth” or “DOC”), with its central office located at 1920 Technology Parkway, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 and ("Contractor" or "Co-Locator”), with offices located at (each a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties").
