THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) by and among Priority Technology Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business located at 2001 Westside Parkway, Suite 155, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004 (“PRTH”), and Michael Vollkommer, an individual resident of the State of Georgia with his principal place of residence located at 10620 Oxford Mill Circle, Johns Creek, GA 30022 (“Employee”) is entered into and effective as of the 20th day of December, 2018 (the “Effective Date”). PRTH and You are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
