NOTE: Within ten (10) days of the completion of the tournament, the hosting organization shall submit a $15.00 fee for each participating team in Non Qualifying Tournament to USA Softball of Florida. Attached shall be the name and address of each team and a copy of the tournament bracket draw. As a condition of obtaining such sanction, the sponsoring organization agrees to abide and be governed by the rules and regulations on non- championship or championship tournaments as set forth in the USA Code, including but not limited, additional assessments required by the USA national office.
