This Agreement constitutes the Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) for this White-nose Syndrome Challenge. This Challenge is being conducted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service under the authority of 15 U.S.C. § 3719, as amended. For purposes of this Challenge, the term “Challenge” is synonymous with “Prize Competition” as cited in 15 U.S.C. § 3719. To participate in this Challenge, you must accept the terms of this Agreement, so please take the time to understand them.
