This Agreement, effective as of June 14, 2019, is between Colerain Township, Ohio (Client), 4160 Springdale Road, Colerain Township, Ohio 45251 and Human Nature Inc., 990 St. Paul Drive (Landscape Architect) for the following Project: Colerain Township Megaland Playground Replacement (located in Colerain Township, Ohio). The goal of this project is to replace the former “Megaland” playground in Colerain Park with an iconic play environment that will be a fun and dynamic regional destination. The playground/playscape should include an integrated mixture of natural play features, off-the-shelf play equipment, and unique, place-specific design elements that express the character and values of Colerain Township. The resulting playground should have a significant “wow” factor and scale that would attract children and their families.
