This Agreement for Purchase and Sale and Escrow Instructions (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Prodigy Properties, solely in its capacity as the court-appointed receiver in possession of certain assets of Clyde Evans Land Company, Inc., an Ohio corporation, pursuant to orders entered by the Court of Common Pleas, Allen County, Ohio, Case No. CV 2018 0344 (“Receiver”) and (the “Buyer”).
