THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of REPUBLIC SERVICES OF INDIANA TRANSPORATION, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), is made and entered into on August 5, 2002, by Republic Services of Indiana, Limited Partnership (“RSLP”). The Company was organized as a limited liability company under the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act (the “Law”).
