This Settlement Agreement, including all exhibits and schedules attached hereto (collectively, the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Plaintiffs Frederic Castagna, Carl Grant, Lawrence Podwill, and Christopher Saunders (collectively, the “Named Plaintiffs”), together with the class of individuals and collective action members that they seek to represent (collectively, the “Class Plaintiffs” ” or “Class Members”), and Defendant Madison Square Garden, L.P. (“MSG” or “Defendant”).
