This Partner Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), including its annexes and the corresponding data sheets set forth in Annex B (“Data Sheets”), is incorporated into the Master Partner Agreement or other master agreement between Partner and Acoustic governing the use of Services (as defined below) by Partner and Customer (the “Agreement”), applies to the Processing of both Partner Personal Data and Customer Data, where Acoustic acts asa Processor of Partner Personal Data and a sub-processor of Customer Data in those cases where Acoustic has no direct contractual relationship with the Customer.
