In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, located at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and GENERAL DYNAMICS MISSION SYSTEMS, INC. located at 12450 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA 22033-3810 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "GDMS"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
