WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 5239 enacted on December 1, 2020 by Greenville County Council, Greenville County entered into an Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (Workforce Housing Park) dated as of December 1, 2020, as amended, with Anderson County (the “Agreement”); and
