RENTAL CONTRACTFacility Rental Contract • July 15th, 2021
This Agreement, made and entered this day of , 20 , is a binding contract between the Property Owners Association of Hilltop Lakes, Inc. and the Renter (renter being any person, persons, association, organization, partnership, business, school, company, or corporation). Upon return of this signed Agreement and applicable fees, the Renter may use the designated facility. All rentals are processed on a first-come, first- serve basis. Rental of facilities are not booked more than a maximum of one (1) year in advance. Renter must be 21 years of age or older and remain on the premise for duration of the rental or until all attendees have vacated rented facility. Property Owner must be in good standing.
