This Agreement with the Volusia County Property Appraiser for the Utilization of the Uniform Method of Collection of Non-Ad Valorem Assessments (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Port Orange (“Authority”), a local government as such term is defined in § 197.3632, (or as defined in § 163.08(2)(a) for Pace Program implementation), Florida Statutes, and the Volusia County Property Appraiser (Property Appraiser).
