This Merchant Processing Agreement is entered into by and between Worldpay ISO, Inc. (“NPC”), a Nebraska corporation, located at 8500 Governors Hill Drive, Symmes Township, OH 45249 (as defined below), Member Bank (as defined below), and the legal entity or sole proprietorship (as defined below) identified in and having its principal office at the address (hereinafter “Merchant Address") specified in the Merchant Application (aka “Application”) submitted to/on this website/portal (hereinafter “Site”). These Terms and Conditions apply to your card processing program. For simplicity, we refer to ourselves (i.e., Worldpay ISO, Inc or NPC) as “Processor”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document. We refer to you (i.e., the legal entity or sole proprietorship on the Application) as “you” or “your” or “Merchant.” Other parties may also be parties to this Agreement (e.g., Member Bank, Guarantor, etc.).
