This Agreement Regarding the Establishment and Funding of the Massachusetts Fisheries Direct Compensation Program, Coastal Community Fund, and Navigational Enhancement and Training Program (the “Agreement”), dated as of O c t o b e r 6 , 2023, is made between Sunrise Wind, LLC (“Sunrise Wind”) and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (“EEA”) (together, the “Parties”).
