THIS FIBER OPTIC FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 14th day of January, 2013, by and between the CITY OF HOMEWOOD, ALABAMA, a municipal corporation, whose address is 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, Alabama 35209 (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and CONTACT NETWORK, INC. d/b/a INLINE, an Alabama corporation duly organized and qualified to do business in the state of Alabama, whose address is 600 Lakeshore Parkway, Homewood, Alabama 35209 (hereinafter referred to as “InLine”).
