This Enhanced Use Lease (the “Lease”) is made as of the date set forth below by the signatories, by and between the NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION, an Agency of the United States, John F. Kennedy Space Center, Florida, as the lessor (hereinafter “NASA-KSC”), and Florida Power & Light Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, as the lessee (hereinafter “FPL”).
