Welcome to Automox. Please read the following Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully as it contains the legal terms and conditions that you agree to when you access or use the Automox “Service” (an online service that assists customers in the management, monitoring and applying of software patches to devices) provided to you by Automox Inc. (“Automox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). “Customer,” “you”, or “your” means the individual or entity that registers for the Service and accepts this Agreement. If you are an individual acting on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement. “Agreement” means this document, any Statement of Work (defined below, and incorporated herein), and any terms provided or made available to you as part of the ordering or registration process (the “Order”) into which this document is incorporated, including without limitation all pricing and payment terms.
