The Urbana City Council requested additional clarification of the developer requirements to construct commercial space. Subsequent to the July 25th meeting, Chris Creek agreed to continue to plan for 40,000 square feet of commercial space but agrees to build not less than 30,000 square feet of commercial space. The agreement has been modified in Article I, Section 1.1, Definitions: “Private Development Project:” to reflect this change.
