This EULA is a legal agreement between You and Your affiliates (either an individual or a legal entity) ("You" and/or "Your") and VBrick Systems Inc., d/b/a Vbrick, for the use of the Vbrick software product identified in the applicable purchase order, or other written agreement, entered into by You or an organization on your behalf, for the applicable subscription (whether in paper or electronic format) ("Purchase Order"), which includes computer software and any modules thereto ("Software Product") and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Documentation").
