In consideration of being permitted to perform volunteer services in connection with Tree Davis, I hereby release Tree Davis and the City and its officials, officers, agents, employees and volunteers from liability for any harm, injury, death or damage that I may suffer while I am performing volunteer service for Tree Davis. This includes all risks that are connected with this work, whether foreseen or unforeseen. This release applies to damages suffered by me as well as my family, heirs and assigns as a result of any harm, injury or death I may suffer.
