This amendment (“Amendment”) amends the Interconnection Agreement by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, AT&T KENTUCKY (“AT&T”) and Tele Circuit Network Corporation (“CLEC”). AT&T and CLEC are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
